Seniors’ Apartments
Safe, Secure, Independent Living
Located in Toronto’s St. Clair West neighbourhood, Bracondale combines independent living with supportive services and recreational programming. Our building has 100 one-bedroom units and 30 bachelor units, available both at market-rent and through the city’s subsidized housing list.
Each apartment is self-contained, fully carpeted, and has:
- A kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove and oven
- A full bathroom with a grab bar to prevent falls, as well as an emergency pull cord
- Large bay windows in the living/dining room
- Individual air conditioning and heating controls
In addition, Bracondale has a voice communication system to let guests into the building, a 24-hour emergency response system, and optional daily safety checks.
Note for applicants: Currently, we have no vacancies for one-bedroom or bachelor apartments, but we encourage applications for our waiting list of 7 years. Applications can be faxed, mailed, dropped off at our front desk, or emailed to lmoshonas@smbh.ca Tenants of our building must be over 65 years old and able to live independently.

Please note that there is variation in layout between apartments; not all apartments will match the floor plan layouts exactly, though they will match them in size.
